It is built on a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% malted rye, and 4% malted barley and finished in a truly extraordinary barrel from Nobleton’s Distilling House in Union, MO. The barrel was originally packed with hundreds of pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans and soaked in whiskey for eight years. This release carries the unmistakable depth of that one-of-a-kind vanilla extract barrel in every sip.
The nose opens with aromas of vanilla, powdered sugar, and toasted oak. The palate delivers rich brown sugar, vanilla pastry, and a hint of cinnamon, finishing with notes reminiscent of vanilla bean ice cream and a touch of Cool Whip.

The nose opens with warm oak, strawberries and cream, and a light drizzle of caramel. On the palate expect a rich, still hot, freshly baked tart bursting with strawberries and mixed berries and drizzled with a powdered sugar icing on top.

This hand selected, four-grain whiskey from Nobleton’s Distilling House takes on a unique character after resting for four weeks in an El Trago Tequila Barrel. The result is a bold yet elegant spirit that bridges two traditions.
There is a hint of tequila on the nose and the front of the palate. Mid palate is a fantastic whiskey before the sweet finish of powdered sugar! Adding a little water or an ice cube makes this a very easy drinker.

Ozark american WHISKEY
Our sixth single barrel, cask strength release was hand selected from Nobleton’s Distilling House and is a 51% corn, 45% rye, 4% barley mash bill. The barrel was affectionately known as “The Beast”.
The journey begins in the orange orchards of southern Louisiana. The satsuma oranges used in the curaçao are placed into barrels of three-year-old sweet corn whiskey, which was artfully matured with a secret blend of spices and herbs. This combination balances the rich caramel notes of sugarcane with a beautifully aromatic bouquet. The final product is barreled after an additional six months of aging.
The whiskey soaked up the cajun goodness from the orange curaçao barrel for two weeks before bottling. We tasted it every four days to make sure we achieved the perfect blend to highlight the original whiskey while allowing the orange citrus to come through. This easy drinker is amazing by itself and a delicious option in a variety of cocktails!

Ozark american WHISKEY
We collaborated with Colonel Steve Akley of the ABV Barrel Shop and Head Distiller, Demetrius Cain of Nobleton’s Distilling House to create this Ozark American Whiskey Finished in Apple Brandy Casks. It’s a signature 51% corn, 45% rye, 4% barley mash bill and 52.5% ABV (105 proof).
The whiskey was aged in a barrel made from a tree on Demetrius’ farm and came from the northern corner of his northern most rick house. It’s a “ground barrel”; meaning it was stored on a dirt floor and incredibly rare in the whiskey world.
After hand selecting the whiskey, we allowed it three weeks to soak up just the right amount of Apple Brandy influence. The brandy was previously aged four years before bottling.
The nose is green apple with a hint of caramel. The palate starts as a solid whiskey and adds a complement of Jolly Rancher green apple candy, caramel sauce, and peanut.

Ozark american WHISKEY
This is our fifth single barrel cask strength release and was created with 100% malted barley whiskey that was hand selected from Nobleton’s Distilling House before being aged in Maple Syrup Barrels. This is another whiskey that loves to mellow out with a couple drops of water or a large ice cube.
As with all of our whiskey, the maple syrup is subtle and enhances the original whiskey. The finish has a hint of maple syrup and the effect continues to build with each sip. Try it in an old fashioned with a bit of maple syrup and chocolate bitters!

KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
The inaugural single barrel cask strength release. It was created with a hand selected, sweet mash, pot-stilled bourbon made with a four-grain mash and aged for five years in a traditional barrel rickhouse in Kentucky, before being moved to a ruby port wine barrel, and aged for an additional 12 weeks.
The nose is sweet vanilla, raisin and toffee with stone fruit, tobacco, leather, and grains on the front of the palate. Herbal and citrus form in the center of the palate, and the finish has notes of honey, lemon, and port wine.

KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
This is our second single barrel cask strength release and was created with a hand selected, sweet mash, pot-stilled bourbon made with a four-grain mash and aged for five years in a traditional barrel rickhouse in Kentucky, before being moved to a madeira wine barrel, where it was aged for an additional 16 weeks.
The nose is spiced pear and apple with crisp Granny Smith apples on the front of the palate. Bubble gum and rum form in the center of the palate, and the finish has notes of peppery spice and madeira wine.

STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY
This is our third single barrel cask strength release and was created with a hand selected bourbon from Nobleton’s Distilling House and ninth generation master distiller, Demetrius Cain. The high rye bourbon mash bill is 51% sweet corn, 45% malted rye, 4% malted barley and was finished in a Caribbean rum barrel for four weeks.
The nose has hints of raspberries, apricots, bubble gum, and fresh mint. The palate starts with molasses and a slight suggestion of rootbeer which gives way to fresh fruit cocktail, and finishes with a clean mint.

wheat WHISKEY
This is our fourth single barrel cask strength release and was created with 100% malted wheat whiskey that was hand selected from Nobleton’s Distilling House before being aged in toasted French Oak. This unique whiskey loves to mellow out with a couple drops of water or a large ice cube.
The nose is soft baking spice, oak, raisin bread, and hay. Vanilla, Belgium waffle, cinnamon roll, and oak form in the center of the palate, and the finish is oak with a hint of black pepper.
