Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Casks is a single barrel cask strength, with an ABV of 52.5% (105 proof). The inaugural release was created with a hand selected, sweet mash, pot-stilled bourbon made with a four-grain mash and aged for five years in a traditional barrel rickhouse in Kentucky, before being moved to a ruby port wine barrel, where it was aged for an additional 12 weeks. 

The nose is sweet vanilla, raisin and toffee with stone fruit, tobacco, leather, and grains on the front of the palate.  Herbal and citrus form in the center of the palate, and the finish has notes of honey, lemon, and port wine.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks is a single barrel cask strength, with an ABV of 55.4% (110.8 proof).  This is our third release and was created with a hand selected bourbon from Nobleton’s Distilling House and ninth generation master distiller, Demetrius Cain. The high rye bourbon mash bill is 51% sweet corn, 45% malted rye, 4% malted barley and was finished in a Caribbean rum barrel for four weeks.

The nose has hints of raspberries, apricots, bubble gum, and fresh mint. The palate starts with molasses and a slight suggestion of rootbeer which gives way to fresh fruit cocktail, and finishes with a clean mint.
